MY VISION FOR WEST PALM BEACH

Never hesitate to call me at 561-223-1543. Your voice matters!

  • Our city has experienced tremendous growth in recent years. I welcome the economic growth but will prioritize the long-time residents of West Palm Beach over out-of-state or large financial interests.

    • Cater to the preservation of our communities and traditions, not large outside financial interests

    • Provide resources for residents to follow major development applications and more ways for residents to provide input

    • Explore affordable housing opportunities for long-time residents and essential workers that keep West Palm Beach afloat

    • Fight homelessness by exploring ways to expand mental health resources along N Flagler Dr, Historic Northwest, and Tamarind areas

  • Growth and progress are important, but not without a thorough analysis of the infrastructure and traffic burden that they bring.

    • Demand that new developments uplift and benefit the community appropriately and hold them accountable for infrastructure burden

    • Ensure thorough impact studies are completed before approving major development projects

    • Increase pedestrian and bike safety awareness, especially surrounding the Brightline, Drawbridge, Clematis and City Place areas

    • Review bridge and rail crossing impact on traffic flow and explore modern solutions to increased traffic issues.

  • You deserve to feel safe, seen, and supported in West Palm Beach. As a US Army veteran, I will bring the values of the 1st Special Forces Command with me to this city.

    • Support law enforcement and strengthen their relationship with communities they serve

    • Provide more light in city parks

    • Look into the introduction of park ambassadors for safety and security in city parks

    • Beautify the Historic Northwest, Tamarind, and Palm Beach Lakes bridge

  • I’m proud to run a family-owned auto shop right here in Palm Beach County, and understand the burdens facing families and entrepreneurs in their small businesses. Plus, as a grant manager working with low-income families through the Legal Aid Society, I see firsthand the economic hardships our residents face.

    • Support local, family-owned businesses every step of the way through easier licensing and permitting solutions

    • Review utility rates and other essential service costs, prioritizing residents over large corporations and AI data centers.

    • Lower costs for working families during immense wealth transformation in our city

    • Encourage career advancement in the trades and essential careers, especially HVAC and auto-technicians.

  • Born and raised in West Palm Beach, I grew up with this city. From Downtown Trolley rides with my grandma to movie marathons at City Place, I want kids and families to grow up in West Palm Beach and stay in West Palm Beach.

    • Explore options to re-introduce the Downtown Trolley

    • Organize more events for families along Clematis and the waterfront

    • Bring more art and locally organized community events downtown

    • Assist local organizations on permitting and application for community events
